Can I share access to members area with my colleagues?
Yes, if you have organisation level membership you can share access to members area with members from your organisation!
Federation: 10 subaccounts,
Organisation – Large : 8 sub accounts,
Organisation – Medium 5 sub accounts,
Organisation – Small 3 sub accounts.You can add sub accounts from members area > Subscriptions page by clicking Sub accounts.
Am I automatically billed next year?
Yes. Our memberships renew automatically annually until cancelled.
Can I get receipt of my payment
You will automatically get pdf receipt of your payment via email. You can also separately download them after logging in to your account. You can find them at Members area > Account > Payments.
My information in member directory needs to be updated
You can update your information that is displayed on member directory from Members area > My profile.
What happens when I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership any time by logging in to your account. You can manage you membership subscription at Members area > Account > Subscriptions.
Your membership will be deactivated once the active period ends.
